Station Opens its Newly Renovated Gas Station in Musheireb
Doha, October 04, 2009:With a keen eye on the future and the latest market innovations, NBKS officials celebrated the opening of "Station"- the renovated Doha Petrol Station . This achievement shows the company's ongoing strategy to cement its leading position in Qatar's economy, to follow up on developmental plans and projects, to cater to the growing needs of its clients and to go in par with the latest market developments.
"The area's residential growth has increased astronomically, which brought about an urgent need to extend the range of our services to better cater to the demands and requirements of the growing population. This is why NBK Services has launched a series of renovation works that will involve Doha Petrol Stations," said Mr. Ahmad Habib, General Manager of NBK Services. "Through these major remodeling initiatives, we aim at promoting a new look, concept and added services. We are also aiming at offering state-of-the-art multi-commodity gas stations in order to better meet the needs of our customers and to raise awareness on our brand."
“ The station” the newly renovated gas station is located at Musheireb and was re-designed to act as a multi-commodity stop for customers where they can refuel, change oil, enjoy their favorite snacks and beverages, buy their newspapers, and accessorize their cars all in a one-stop-shop. Since in addition to offering regular services, the station accommodates a modern convenience store called LAMAR, a quick service center "SERVOBIL", as well as NBKS well-known car accessories shop "ZEIN".
"ZEIN" provides a wide assortment of first-class automobile accessories from superior world brands and is considered to be the first company in the region to bring European styles and products to the GCC ranging from seat covers to roof box, car perfumes, cleaning products, accessories with lightening items, blue tooth systems, DVD, electrical equipment in addition to stickers for tattooing cars.
“The Station is the only petrol station in Qatar who has the latest state of the art fuel dispensers, and a strategic location. We have increased the numbers of our dispensers and equipped some of them with high speed technology to accommodate all our customers faster. The forecourt and all areas are fully covered by CCTV. The Station also has marked entrance and exits for the convenience of our customers. We have the latest technology in our underground tanks called UL 58. All our staff are fully trained and customer oriented to provide the highest quality of customer service”, said Mr. Mohammed Taha, Division Manager of Station.
Opened in 1950, Doha Petrol Station quickly became the country's top petrol station and the leading distributor of petrol, diesel and kerosene products.
